• Handle Store independently.
• Should be able to convince customers.
• A passion for sales and to achieve targets.
• Assist and guide the customers in product selection and designing.
• Understand territory dynamics, demographics, consumer behavior and the market SWOT.
• Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Assist in managing stock levels and stock selection.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Meet architects , Engineers , Contractors and to promote project sales.
• Meet Decision makers of ongoing construction sites on a regular basis.
• Freshers will be considered as trainees.
