Operational Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maximise revenue through growth officer actions
- Coach, guide, and mentor growth officers and sales associates to maximise their performance
- Use data to identify gaps in the system and revenue actualisation.
- Analyse counter-level opportunities, lost sales and potential sales to improve the sales at unit level.
- Optimise order collection and supply routes effectively to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage people-level BCP at the unit level.

- Manage the infrastructure at the unit
- Ensure the unit is a reflection of the brand
- Ensure things are in order through the administration/operations team
- Coordinate with central teams to ensure sales operations are run in the most effective manner possible
- Share daily, weekly monthly reports and action plans to zonal business head and sales head on a periodic manner
