Operational Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify product-market fit and gaps of specific product availability across the markets to enable better positioning, planning, deployment and tertiary sales of products.
- Make sure Product is rightly placed in outlets.
- Proper use of Pop’s for improvement of Visibility and Branding.
- Manage payment cycles of existing outlets and new outlets to retain outstanding balances at a minimum, ensuring there is constant revenue actualisation.
- Manage the incoming and stock balances in such as to ensure the products are available
- Manage outlet and stakeholder relations to ensure there is considerable retention and growth within the space.
- Constantly scan and submit reports on market shifts and the changes in competitor and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with retail outlets to enhance product performance in assigned outlets.
- Market share development
- You will be responsible for outstanding clearances within the time allowed by the company.

- +2 or above
