Sales Associates

Operational Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify product-market fit and gaps of specific product availability across the markets to enable better positioning, planning, deployment and tertiary sales of products.
  • Make sure Product is rightly placed in outlets.
  • Proper use of Pop’s for improvement of Visibility and Branding.
  • Manage payment cycles of existing outlets and new outlets to retain outstanding balances at a minimum, ensuring there is constant revenue actualisation.
  • Manage the incoming and stock balances in such as to ensure the products are available
  • Manage outlet and stakeholder relations to ensure there is considerable retention and growth within the space.
  • Constantly scan and submit reports on market shifts and the changes in competitor and customer behaviour.
  • Work closely with retail outlets to enhance product performance in assigned outlets.
  • Market share development
  • You will be responsible for outstanding clearances within the time allowed by the company.

  • Planning and forecasting skills
  • Skills in MS-Excel (Preferred)


  • +2 or above


  • Years of Experience: 2+ years’ experience
  • Industry: FMCG prefer
