Operational Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products, explain their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Influence customers purchasing decision through effective communication and product demonstration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, including store managers, supervisors, and sales associates.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, attractive product displays, and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and maintain the proper placement and visibility of products within the FMCG outlets.
- Ensure that products are correctly priced, labeled, and well- stocked on shelves and displays.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Conduct product training sessions for store staff to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, maintain a professional image and consistently projecting a positive brand image through interactions with customers and store staff.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, such as volume, revenue, and market share, as defined by the company.
